How To Hang Our Signs

For our “hidden gallery” signs you can hang the sign from the inside top edge, aligning two nails in the wall with the upper inside corners of the sign. Then slide the sign right onto the nails so that the upper corners rest on the nails.

For our framed signs, each sign comes with a saw tooth hanger attached ready to hang.

 

Liability and/or injuries

Aunt Honey’s Place, and its owners is not responsible or liable for any injuries that could occur. Once the box arrives to you, the product is considered your personal property.

We are not responsible for any damage/injuries that could occur due to faulty hanging of our items.

 

Lost Package / Package Delivery

We are not responsible if you entered the incorrect address at checkout. We will do our best to update the address if you contact us prior to shipping. However, we are not responsible for packages delivered to the "wrong" address as we will ship the package to the address you entered at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost packages. You will need to contact and file a claim with shipper.

 

Cancellations and returns

All of our signs are made to order and/or personalized so for that reason:

We do not accept cancellations or returns but if for any reason you aren't satisfied with your order or there is an issue with your order, please do not go to the extent of leaving a negative review. Our business depends on our ratings and we want our customers to be happy.

Shipping

Items are made as orders are received. We work on getting our orders completed as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.  We ask that you allow 10 day turn around for completion, however, most are completed much sooner.  We ship orders using USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail. Shipping takes between 2-5 days in the USA, depending on the shipping method and weather delays.
